Do I have to book?

Casual play bookings are not required, we take walk ins only. The only type of bookings we take are Birthday Parties, School Groups and Private Hires.

How long are the sessions? Can we extend our session?

Each Inflatable World session goes for a maximum duration of 2-hours. Unfortunately, the sessions cannot be extended to ensure the safety of all guests.

What are the session times?

There are no set session times at Inflatable World. Entry is for a 2-hour session from your arrival time; please make sure you have checked our opening hours for the day of your visit to ensure you arrive with enough time for a full 2-hour session.

Is outside food & drink allowed?

Yes. Outside food & drink is allowed inside our venue, we do also have an onsite canteen to purchase from.

Do you offer catering for Birthday Parties?

All of our Birthday Party packages, and Private Hires are self-catered, meaning all hosts are responsible for bringing prepared food to the party or alternatively to have hot food items (e.g. pizza, McDonalds, etc.) delivered directly to the venue. We cannot supply heating facilities for any food.

What do I do if I want to have a Birthday Party but have less than 12 children?

If you are wanting to celebrate with us but don’t have the numbers for a Birthday Party booking you are more than welcome to come to the venue without a booked party. We are unable to reserve tables for non-booked Birthday Parties, available tables are first in best dressed policy. You are welcome to bring your own food items or purchase from our canteen, we do ask you do not brig any decorations (tablecloths, balloons, etc.).

How far in advance should I book my party?

We highly recommend booking your party as soon as you have decided on an Inflatable World Party. We do tend to book out months in advance (especially in the winter) and cannot guarantee any last-minute availability.

When booking a Birthday Party what is an 'adult supervising wristband'? Can they be transferred to additional guests?

There are 4 ‘adult supervisor wristbands’ included in each Birthday Party package, these are for any adults (18+) attending the Birthday Party that may want to play on the inflatable equipment alongside the children. You can have more than 4 adults attending the party and there is no additional cost unless you have more than 4 adults wanting to participate. Unfortunately, the adult supervisor wristbands cannot be transferred to any additional guest children.

Can I request a specific Birthday Party Bay?

Unfortunately, we DO NOT take Birthday Party Bay requests – tables are organised in time and changeover order.

Do you need to wear Inflatable World Grip Socks?

No, Inflatable World Grip Socks are not required but are highly recommended. You can purchase these from our reception for $2.50 a pair or bring your own socks from home. We do have a strict NO SOCKS NO PLAY ' policy.

Is Inflatable World suitable for children under 5 years of age?

Inflatable World is open to all age children; it is the parent or guardians’ decision on whether they think the venue is appropriate for their child based on their knowledge of age, ability and confidence. Children under the age of 5 years are welcome on all of the inflatables however we do have x1 dedicated Under 5’s only inflatable. We recommend purchasing a combined Parent & Bub pass for any children under the age of 3.

Do I have to pay for my baby to enter the venue?

Anyone using the inflatable equipment is required to be wearing a purchased ristband regardless of age. If your baby is too young and will not be on the inflatables you DO NOT need to purchase them a wristband, if you place your baby on the inflatables or send them on with older children, they ARE required to have a purchased wristband.
