The current pricing applies to all parties booked up to 30 September 2024. From 1 October, please see new package pricing below.

- Please advise all of your guests that they will need to wear socks while playing on the equipment.
- If your party grows by more than three guests, please let us know as soon as possible.
- We also ask that you restrict the number of adult spectators without children invited to your party.
- We are more than happy for parents to play – in fact, we encourage mums and dads to get in and have fun with their children.
- If you require larger numbers, multiple party bookings can be made (tables set up next to each other). You can also consider our Party Room (max. 65 people).
- For larger parties and functions, you can also consider our Private Hire option, exclusive use of Inflatable World for $1200 for up to 120 participating guests. (Option for additional non-participating guests up to a maximum total 240 people at $10 p/p).

We are updating our party packages, with new pricing (outlined below) coming into effect for all parties booked from the 1st October 2024.

* Party Table Package total adults includes parents and relatives of birthday child. If inviting extended family, you will need to book multiple Party Table Packages, or consider the Party Room.

How the party works
Party Table Packages:
- We supply tables, tablecloths and sufficient seating for each paying party guest.
- Unlimited water jugs provided on request with cups for paid party guests.
- Plates and napkins (only if we are supplying the food).
- You will have 10 mintues set up and pack up time either side of the party booking.
- 4 jumping/supervision adult passes are included with each Party Package. Supervision of children is the responsibility of these 4 adults.
- Party platters (nuggets & chips, mini hot dogs, savoury crackers, etc.) available, must be pre-ordered and paid by the Wednesday before the party (three working days).
- Coffee tab can be set up at the cafe, physical card must be held
Party Room Packages:
- Private Upstairs room will be set up with party table, food table and gift table with tablecloths and sufficient seating for each paying party guest.
- Additional seating available for other guests, room must be returned as found at conclusion of party.
- Unlimited water jugs provided on request with cups for paid party guests.
- Plates and napkins (only if we are supplying the food).
- You will have 10 mintues set up and pack up time either side of the party booking.
- 4 jumping/supervision adult passes are included with each Party Package. Supervision of children is the responsibility of these 4 adults, who must stay on the Inflatable World floor while children are jumping.

Parties are self-catered (unless platters ordered). Food must be pre-prepared. No plug in food warmes, gas warmers, popcorn machines, coffee machines, etc. No storage or space in fridges/freezers available. Please take your party waste home with you.
Party Platters
All platters must be pre-ordered and paid for by the Wednesday before the party (3 business days).

- Lolly bags
- Mum and Dad – watch your children have so much fun with their family & friends, they will be busy until food and cake time…..
What not to bring
- Pinatas (too dangerous)
- Party Poppers or confetti (too messy)
- Face Paint (too messy)
- Party Horns (too loud)
- Lollipops (too dangerous – running children) – please don’t include these in party bags
- Equiment of any kind (includes popcorn machines, speakers – other than handheld, photo booths etc)
- Alcohol (including in carpark or anywhere on property)
We highly recommend that the birthday presents are opened at home, as we often find pieces of new gifts left on the floor.
Also, our venues do not lend themselves to traditional party games – the kids are more than happy on the inflatables.
Please don’t turn up early for your party – your table may not be ready for you.
You will be asked to vacate your table promptly at the end of your timeslot so that the table can be prepared for the next party coming in.
Handy Party Tips
- Aim to eat at the 45-60 min point of your party. Your party goers are usually ready for a rest.
- Bring your own Birthday Cake – cupcakes are a simple option & easy to take home if your guest decides to eat them later.
- Remember to pack plates, cutlery & napkins.
Decorations
Feel free to decorate your table with plates and balloons, etc. Please do not tie balloons or banners to the sports nets (removing them could damage the nets).
Do not tie any decorations to the light fittings.
All party rubbish must be taken home with you – this includes any decorations.
What to Wear
Everyone playing on the inflatables must wear socks – no socks, no play.
Inflatable world is a high energy maximum activity zone – kids get hot and sweaty, so we suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please leave your hats, jewellery, tiaras, watches, iPods, and pets at home.
