Inflatable World is available for functions of all descriptions from children’s birthday parties or private bookings for a special occasion :

CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

Birthday Parties are Saturday 10-12pm or 1-3pm, Sunday 10-12pm. We have a choice of catered and non catered parties.


STANDARD CATERED PARTY PACKAGE $310

This is a catered party for minimum 12 children that includes:

  • Party table and chairs in our shared party area
  • Platter of fairy bread
  • Platter of party pies/sausage rolls (30pcs)
  • Platter of chips and cheerios (16pcs)
  • Packet of chips/snacks per child
  • Paper plates, napkins, dipping sauces for share platters
  • Please note: the standard catered package does not include drinks, these can be added as detailed below

Extra guests no problems!

Additional children $17 each over 5 or $12 each under 5 (extra food not included but you can order extra platters see below for options and pricing). Plus 4 free supervising adult (16+) entry passes are included these are non transferable.

To confirm: $100 deposit fully refundable is required. (7 days notice of cancellation)

STANDARD CATERED PARTY PACKAGE & DRINKS $340



BASIC SELF CATERED PARTY PACKAGE $210

 This is a BYO self catered party for minimum 12 children and we supply the tables and chairs in our shared party area and you supply the rest.(No heating/refrigeration services available).

Extra guests no problems!

Additional children $17 each over 5 or $12 each under 5. Plus 4 free supervising adult entry (16+) passes are included these are non transferable.

To confirm : $50 deposit fully refundable is required (7 days notice of cancellation)

ADDITIONAL CATERING IS AVAILABLE

When completing the online booking form you can also choose to add additional food platters or drink packages. NOTE: Drinks are not included in the standard catered package and must be ordered as an additional item, or you are welcome to bring your own. The food for the standard catered package is designed for 12-15 children.

  • Seasonal Fruit Platter  – $45
  • Party Pies/Sausage Rolls – $35
  • Cheerio and chips Platter – $25
  • Nugget & Chips Platter – $30
  • Hot Chip Platter – $20
  • 12 bottles 600ml Water – $30

How the party works

      • All Parties are for a total of 2 hours this includes entry into the Inflatable Playground.
      • Sit back and watch the kids at play
      • We have a kitchen and cafe open serving O Organic Coffee, muffins, cookies, ice blocks, hot food, confectionery and cold drinks available for purchase
      • Party Hosts are not provided but our friendly supervising staff always ensure that the equipment is not only being used safely but also that everyone gets a turn (well lots of turns in 2hrs!).
      • Should you wish to decorate your party area you are welcome to bring table cloths and balloons

Party Check List

      • Socks  (spares) everyone must wear- some of your guests might forget
      • Cake (sorry no ice-cream cakes)
      • Candles
      • Matches or lighter
      • Party bags
      • Mum and Dad – watch your children have so much fun with their Family & Friends, they will be busy until food and cake time…..
      • Drinks – the standard catered package does not include them, you may bring your own or ordered as detailed above

What not to bring

      • Pinatas (too dangerous)
      • Party Poppers or confetti (too messy)
      • Face Paint (too messy)
      • Party Horns (too loud)
      • Lollipops (too dangerous – running children) – please don’t include these in party bags

We highly recommend that the birthday presents are opened at home, as we often find pieces of new gifts left on the floor.

Also, our venues do not lend themselves to traditional party games – the kids are more than happy on the inflatables.

Please don’t arrive early for your party – the host may arrive 20mins prior to set up party table, any earlier and your table may not be ready for you.

What to Wear

Everyone playing on the inflatables must wear socks – no socks, no play.
Inflatable world is a high energy maximum activity play centre – kids get hot and sweaty, so we suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please leave your hats, jewellery, tiaras, watches, iPods, and pets at home.

Booking your Party

The best way to book your party is to click on the book your party tab above you will then receive a confirmation email with all the details and how to pay your deposit. Otherwise pop us an email via the contact us page.  Remember the confirmation of your party is done via email so please check regularly (check the junk mail as well!)
